The Pyramid CASHES manual outline a comprehensive program dedicated to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment. However, all staff of the company has a line reporting relationship to the managing director with respect to CASHES. Please see the chart below.
The Pyramid CASHES manager is responsible to the Managing Director for the overall administration of Safety Matters. The Site safety Coordinator is responsible to the CASHES manager for ensuring the availability of management advice and services relating to Community Affairs, Health, Safety and Environment, Fire prevention and emergency procedures. Also, the Chief Security Officer is responsible to the CASHES manager for ensuring the availability to Management of advice and services relating to security.
